I believe that I have a long way to go before I reach Jenny’s intuitive food-photograph standard. On saying that, this tajine was terrific! Also, there isn’t a 4-day supply/backlog of the stuff like last year’s parmigiana. Ha! Have I finally learned portion-control? Non-standard ingredients included mushrooms and mixed herbs.
It is supposed to be served with couscous but ascension means that this is yet another food that is “off the list”. Thank goodness for quinoa.
